Many genetic studies collect structured multivariate traits containing rich information across the traits. We present a flexible multivariate linear mixed model for Quantitative Trait Loci analysis (FlxQTL) incorporating trait covariates and a trait kernel to test genetic associations across multiple correlated traits while capturing genetic relatedness. FlxQTL effectively handles a trait across multi-environments, multi-time points, etc. enhancing computation speed.
